Steps for Hosting a Donation Drive

Find a suitable space for one or more donation bins at a school, local business, or community center. Ensure the location is accessible and visible to encourage donations.

Work with the hosting location to determine the duration of the drive. We recommend running it for at least one to two weeks to maximize contributions.

Design materials to inform your community about the drive. Clearly specify what items are being collected, such as menstrual products or hygiene supplies, and any guidelines for donations.

Use social media, newsletters, and word-of-mouth to promote the drive. Once completed, coordinate with Girls Together to distribute the collected items and celebrate your success!
